The easiest way to update your online address is to log into myICC.
- Locate the “Hi your name” button at the top of the screen
- Click “My Account”
- Click “My Addresses” (or email or phone number)
- Update your address using the pencil button or add a new address
Address changes can also be requested through our Change of Address Form and emailed to customersuccess@iccsafe.org.
It is important that you list your old address, new address, any updated phone numbers, and your certification number(s).
