We certainly understand that ICC Certification comes with the expectation of excellence, and we are very sorry to hear that this expectation has not been met.
In these instances we recommend contacting your local building officials. As these professionals are often employed and/or overseen by building officials. They can best investigate claims and take appropriate action.
