If you would like to withdraw or cancel your scheduled PRONTO exam, you may do so before the exam start time.
To withdraw from your exam simply select the ‘Withdraw from this booking’ icon to the right of the exam confirmation page.
Once you have withdrew from the exam, the Code of Ethics page will appear with the following message, ‘Booking has been withdrawn’
