Certifications that require prerequisites/retesting that ICC needs to verify cannot be renewed online. You may still enter CEU activity online, but the actual renewal of your certifications will be done via the paper application.

California UST Inspector (UI)
The California UST Inspector Certification has two options for renewal:
- Fulfill continuing education requirements approved by the California State Water Resources Control Board and submit a completed UI Paper Application.
- For more information on the requirements of the California State Water Resources Control Board, visit www.swrcb.ca.gov/ust.
- Pass the exam again and submit a completed UI Paper Application.

Michigan Class A & B UST System Operator (NA & NB)
Michigan Class A & B UST System Operator Certifications are valid for five (5) years. To be current, certificates must be renewed on or before the expiration date.
