Go to https://www.cdpaccess.com/live/cah2/  in any browser, on any internet-connected device.  No login needed.

To access a code change (and the mods for that code change)

1. Subject Matter: Use the drop-down to select a subject matter code (for example, for proposal ADM1-24, select ‘ADM’).  The list of all ADM proposals will appear.
2. Groups: This will default to the current Group
3. Agenda Number: This is a partial-match search, so searching for ‘1’ will give you ADM1, ADM10, ADM11, etc.  Searching for ‘13’ will give you ADM13 and ADM133.
4. Part Number: If the code change is a parted proposal, use the drop-down to select a Part number (for example, I, II, III, etc.)
5. Hearing Committee: Use the drop-down to select the code changes heard by the same Committee
6. Click the “Open” icon to open the proposal
7. View Comment(s)
   1. Click the ‘Preview’ button to open the Comment.
   2. Click ‘Download PDF’ button to download the Comment.
8. Click on ‘View Modifications’ to Comment to expand and show all modifications)
9. View CAH #2 Modifications
   1. Click the ‘Preview’ button to open the CAH #2 modification.
   2. Click ‘Download PDF’ button to download the CAH #2 modification.
