Creating a Mod to Proposal (CAH1)

  1. Click on ‘My cdpACCESS’ or ‘Current Cycle’
  2. Click on ‘Modifications to Proposals (CAH1)’
  3. Click on the blue ‘Create Modifications to Proposal (CAH1)’ button in the upper right
  4. Choose which proposal you wish to create a mod for.  If you need to filter this list you may:
    1. Choose the subject matter code (ex: for FS1-24, choose code FS) from the dropdown
    2. Type the Agenda Number (ex: for FS1-24, type FS1) — this is a partial match search, so searching for FS1 will also find FS10, FS11, etc.
    3. Choose part number, if applicable, from the drop down, OR
    4. Choose a Hearing Committee from the drop down.
  5. Once you find the proposal, click the ‘New Modifications to Proposal (CAH1)’ button on the right hand side of the line

Your online mod will be created.  Online mods are numbered automatically.  For instance, if Smith creates the third mod on FS1-24, the mod will be numbered FS1-24-SMITH-MP1.
