I just finished a face to face class and when I login to the ICC Training it says I have not completed the course. What’s going on?

Once a face-to face class has been completed the instructor will report the attendance roster to update all ICC Training records within 1-3 business days.

If you do not receive credit within the allowed timeframe of course completion, please contact ICC Training:
