If you have an active (or expired) certification, you currently have a myICC account.If you don’t remember your information:
- Try to log in with your email address
- We recommend trying a personal and a business email
- If you’ve had emails in the past, you may want to try those as well. Don’t worry – even if you don’t have that email address anymore you can still log in
- Use the “Forgot Password” button to attempt to reset your password
If this does not bring up your account information and you have taken an ICC exam or hold an ICC certification, DO NOT create a new account The new account won’t be associated with your existing certifications.
