How to Enter and Submit CEU Activity for Option 06: ICC Code Development Hearing(s) – in Person or via cdpACCESS

This Activity includes:

Participation or attendance at ICC code development hearings
  • You can acquire up to 10 clock hours maximum per year.
  • Total credit for participation in code hearings not to exceed 3.0 CEUs in a three year period.
  • CEU: 0.1 for each clock hour of attendance at hearings
    • This option qualifies for the minimum percentage (50%) of ICC or PPN Training (this option can be used for up to 100% of CEUs if desired)
Participation or attendance at ICC code development hearings through the cdpACCESS program under your log-in
  • You can acquire up to 30 clock hours maximum per year.
  • Total credit for participation in code hearings shall not exceed 3.0 CEUs in a three year period.
  • CEU: 0.1 for each 3 hours of participation through cdpACCESS
    • This option qualifies for the minimum percentage (50%) of ICC or PPN Training (this option can be used for up to 100% of CEUs if desired)

Log in to your myICC account and access the Submit CEUs window. Need help getting there? Click here!

  1. Type in “ICC” for the CEU.

2. The CEU Activity Name, type in the name of the ICC Technical Session that was delivered.

3. For the Activity Quantity, type in the number of hours for the activity—this will be the amount of CEUs counted for this activity. For instance, if it says 0.6 on your certificate put in 6 in this box to reflect the actual number of hours)

4. Enter your CEU Activity Date. When you click on the box, a calendar will appear for you to select your date. (NOTE:  This date must be within the past three years or it will not count for CEUs)

5. Click the Agreement is Required icon to confirm: “By Clicking Save, I Certify That I’ve Accurately Represented This CEU Activity.” Then click Save.

You will be taken back to your CEUs Dashboard where you can view the newly added CEU Activity.
