I don’t see my old (expired) certification available for online renewal. Where is it?

If your certification is in an inactive status, when you select the Submit Renewal Application, it will be available to renew.

You will be able to select it if the expiration date is less than 6 years from the date of processing your renewal application.

To renew:

When you are ready to renew, click “Renew Certificates.”

You should now be viewing the “Renew Certificates” Screen. First, select the number of certificates you want to renew.

Depending on the number of certificates you chose in Step 1, you will be given the option to select which specific certificates you want to renew in Step 2.

As you make your selection, the right side of the screen will display the number of CEUs required to renew the selected certification(s), including minimum ICC CEUs.

Click “Proceed to Renew.”

Confirm your renewal information, including the number of CEUs you plan to use to renew your selected certificates and the fee. Then click “Purchase.

You will be taken to the Express Checkout screen to enter your billing address and payment method. Once this is complete, click “Place Order Now.”
Congratulations! You have renewed your International Code Council Certification(s). After checkout, it may take up to 10 minutes before your myICC account will reflect purchase activity.
