Here are some tips to help troubleshoot your issue:
- Make sure you have entered the correct card number and CVV code.
- Are you using the same address associated with the card billing address? If so, make sure the addresses match.
- Using a company card? You may need to verify this with someone at your office.
- Make sure your zip code is the same as the zip code on the statement. Some zip codes are five digits and some have an additional 4 digits after a hyphen.
- If all of these things are correct, check with your financial institution to ensure there is not a problem with your card.
