This guide will walk you through cancelling your Computer-based exam that you have scheduled to take through our Pearson VUE partner.
Log in to your Pearson VUE dashboard. Under Upcoming Appointments, choose the exam you want to cancel.
Under Exam Appointment Details, click the Cancel link.
If you wish to reschedule your exam instead, you can click the Reschedule link.
Please review the details on the Cancel your appointment page. Then, scroll down to check the box that shows you’ve read and agree to the policies listed.
Then, click Confirm cancellation.
The next screen will confirm that your appointment has been cancelled. You will also receive an email confirmation to the email address you have on file with Pearson VUE.
