Quickly access all your saved notes and bookmarks in one place. Filter, sort, and print them for project use, collaboration, or compliance documentation.
Note: The Notes and Bookmarks feature requires a Premium subscription.
View your notes and bookmarks
You can access all your saved notes in two ways:

From the main menu, go to: Notes > Notes and Bookmarks

Or, open the Notes and Bookmarks section directly from your Dashboard
Each entry includes the code section and any associated notes displayed beneath the content. You’ll also see a count of total sections with notes and total individual notes.
Filter and sort your notes and bookmarks
To narrow down your list of notes, apply filters on the left side of the page:
- Project Tag: Filter by custom tags you’ve created for projects or topics.
- Visibility (Enterprise only): Show notes marked:
- Public: All the Public notes from anyone in your Enterprise
- Private: Only your notes that you set to Private.
- Created By: Filter by the note’s author.
- Date: Filter by a specific date range.
- Title: Filter notes by a specific code title.
- Category: Filter by code title category.
- Year: Filter notes by code title year.
Applied filters appear at the top of the page.
- Click the X to remove individual filters
- Click Reset Filters to clear all
To change the sort order select Sort by at the top of the page.
- Newest Activity First: Most recently added notes first.
- Oldest Activity First: Earliest notes first.
- Section Number (Ascending): Notes sorted in code order, useful for reviewing by title or table of contents.
Export or print your notes and bookmarks
- To print or save your notes:
- Click Print at the top of the page
- A new tab will open with a print-friendly view
- Use your browser’s print menu to print or choose Save as PDF
