Who will make the appointments?

Committee members will be appointed by the Code Council Board of Directors based on the nominations received. In accordance with Section 5.1.5 of Council Policy 7 Committees and Members, the Code Council is committed to the principals of balance and flexibility, allowing the use of different methodologies to meet the needs of different subject areas when determining the composition of committees to ensure to the extent practicable representation among competing interests.
