Getting an error during checkout about your credit card? Here are some tips to help troubleshoot your issue:
- Double check you have entered the correct card number and CVV2 code correctly.
- Are you using the same address associated with the card billing address? If so, double-check that the addresses match.
- Using a company card? You may need to double check this with someone at your office.
- Check if your zip code is not the same as on the statement. Some zip codes are five digits and some have an additional 4 digits after a hyphen.
- If all of these things are correct, check with your financial institution to ensure there is not a problem with your card.
