You can obtain a duplicate pass letter from the ICC Credentialing Department.
NOTE: Beginning 4/1/2024 – the Replacement Result Letter fee will be $15 per request.
- For Certification Requests
- Complete the Request for Replacement Result Letters form.
- Requests may take 3–5 business days for processing and verification of candidate records.
- For Contractor ExamsIf you took an ICC Contractor/Trades examination at a Pearson VUE Test Center on or after April 1, 2024, please log into your PearsonVUE account to access your score report.
If a score report is not available in your account and you took the examination on or after January 1, 2023, contact Pearson by phone at 1-877-234-6082 or chat to request a duplicate letter at no charge.
