Manage Subscriptions via Billing Page

For each subscription, the billing page lists the license count, status, billing frequency and access to full order details.  In addition, the Billing Page includes convenient actions to manage your individual subscriptions for changes like canceling or reactivating an expired license. The page will also provide options to configure licenses, manage payment options, and show your profile details.

Accessing the Billing Page

To access the Billing Page, once you are signed in select Billing from the Account menu in the upper right corner of the main navigation.

Cancel and Reactivating Expired Subscriptions

You can cancel an active subscription or reactivate an expired subscription through controls in the last column of the table.  Cancelling a subscription will opt out of any future renewal charges, but maintain access to the subscription through the end of the current billing period.

Cancel Subscription

Similarly you can reactivate an expired subscription through the “Resubscribe” button, which will prepopulate your cart and navigate to the checkout page.
