Certification
Certification exams must be purchased through the ICC store at shop.iccsafe.org.
Use the exam catalog to ensure you are purchasing the appropriate exam year and testing method.
At checkout, you will be able to pay via Credit Card or Debit Card.
- If you wish to pay for the exam by check, fill out the Voucher Request Form and return it to the address listed. A voucher will be provided that you can use to purchase the exam online.
- ICC does not accept purchase orders for exam purchases.
- If you need to use a purchase order, ICC will sign the purchase order so that a check may be issued.
- Once the check is issued, it should be sent to ICC with the Voucher Request Form.
- A voucher code will be provided to register for the exam.
How do I get a refund?
There are no refunds for examinations not taken. If you are absent from an examination that you were scheduled to attend, and you did not reschedule or cancel according to the policy, you will owe the full examination fee for that missed examination.
Contractor Exams
- Examination fees must be paid by credit card, debit card (issued through VISA or MasterCard) or electronic check at the time a reservation is made, NOT at the test center.
- Candidates who do not wish to use a credit card, debit card, or personal checking account may choose to prepay their examination fees using a voucher.
- Vouchers can be purchased from Pearson VUE by calling 1-800-275-8301.
